Just in last night from NBC network, our Prez was heard saying, & I quote, "If you don't like what we tell you to believe in, we'll kill you." I couldn't catch the rest, I was to stunned!! For those of you who remember I think its time to duck & cover. I'm going to the shelter now, I hope my communicator can make it through the 3 ft of concrete and 11 in. of lead to all of you in the outside world.

Yes, yes, Duluth is trying to vie for a 67 million dollar hockey arena where the DECC is now. They alreay have hockey arena. it was built in the 60s or 70s. What is wrong with these people? Money everywhere up here I guess except on the roads where it is supposed to be spent. Have you been up here lately? The roads are worse than they have ever been in the ten years I have lived here.
The downtown Indian casino gives some 1.5 million to the city each year, and that is supposed to be given to the Duluth road/highway dept. The current mayor, Herb Bergson, wants to take it from the roads and give it to the acquarium or to other "worthy" entities. Give me a break.
Public floggings for all public officials and their billionair friends! hear hear.
